Part of an exclusive Witloft x Schiffmacher collection rooted in the origins of meat culture. “Barbacoa” tells the story of early barbecuing among the native peoples of Central America — first done underground, with large cuts or whole animals cooking on coals for days, later growing into an art form with its own unique shapes and silhouettes.
